Mosh Terms Of Use

By using Mosh, you agree to the following Terms of Use. We reserve the right to modify and amend these terms at any time without notice.

Notice of Name Change

Mosh is the new name for PhotoMosh as of December 2024. Mosh refers to both Mosh-Lite (the web application), and Mosh-Pro (the desktop application).

Usage of Generated Media

Images and videos generated with Mosh are free to use anywhere with no restrictions.

Privacy Policy

Mosh respects your privacy. No user images are stored online.

Mosh and the contents of this website are © Copyright Airtight Interactive and are protected by the United States Copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. No title or intellectual property rights for Mosh are transferred to you. All rights reserved.

No Redistribution

Mosh may not be redistributed or resold to other companies or third parties. Mosh may not be redistributed as part of a third party application.

Ownership

Mosh is licensed, not sold. This License Agreement gives Licensee limited rights to use Mosh. All rights, title and interest, including all copyrights, in and to Mosh and any copies Licensee is permitted to make herein are exclusively owned by Airtight Interactive and are protected by copyright, trademark and trade secret law and international treaties. Airtight Interactive retains all rights not expressly granted to Licensee in this License agreement.

Termination

This License Agreement is effective until terminated. Airtight Interactive may terminate this License Agreement if Licensee fails to comply with the terms and conditions. In such event, Licensee must destroy all copies of Mosh and all of its component parts. Airtight Interactive retains the right to audit Licensee usage of Mosh.

Right to Refuse Service

We are friendly, professional people, and expect you to be the same. Please always be kind and courteous to any of our staff and members of the community. We will not tolerate abusive or offensive behavior of any kind. We reserve the right to stop providing service to you and terminate your License agreement at any time, for any reason.

Price Changes

Airtight Interactive reserves the right to change the price of Mosh at any time. Any price change will be reflected on the website. In the event of a price change, you will not be entitled to a refund for the price difference from the time of your purchase.

Limited Warranty

Mosh is provided “AS IS”. You agree to hold Airtight Interactive harmless for any damages that may occur due to use, or inability to use, Mosh. Airtight Interactive’s entire liability under this limited warranty is Airtight Interactive’s option to refund the fee paid for the product.

UNLESS SPECIFIED IN THESE TERMS, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT THESE DISCLAIMERS ARE HELD TO BE LEGALLY INVALID.
